How It All Began
The idea for Travel Tales & Games was born on a hot day at the Acropolis, when my young son—bored and restless—looked up at me and said, “Can we leave now and go get some stuffed animals?” That honest moment made me realize something important: children need their own way to connect with the places we visit. And just like that, a new idea started to take shape.
Turning Travel Into Play
I'm Ilias Peitsidis, father of Asteris and Zoi. As a parent, I understand how challenging it can be to keep children engaged while traveling. That’s why I set out to create something more than just souvenirs—something meaningful. Travel Tales & Games is a collection of imaginative stories and hands-on games inspired by real places across Greece. Each destination becomes a magical experience, where local legends and landmarks are brought to life through storytelling and creative play.
Our Mission
Our goal is simple: to help families explore Greece in a deeper, more joyful way. While children immerse themselves in stories and activities that teach them about culture, nature, and history, parents can enjoy a few quiet moments knowing their kids are having fun and learning something valuable. Real heroes. Real places. Real fun. That’s our Greece. And now, it can be yours too.
